Everyone asked and we listened! Our beautiful NEW (to us) studio is open as of September 21, 2026. How could VV be THE yoga & fitness destination with only one location? It couldn't be. We've outgrown small spaces, broken our boundaries and created a community that simply needed to take up MORE space. So here we f*ckin' go, friends! Let's SWEAT, Up Island.
WHAT'S DIFFERENT?
This studio is was BUILT for yoga. It features an expansive space to practice in. Windows where sunlight pours in and we flow under disco balls with a playlist that BANGZ. Heat that holds, mirrors that will make us giggle from seeing our own funny faces and amenities that make it feel just like home.
Across the other side, a weight room where Fit 4 Flow will live. Experience the same incredible circuit created by the amazing Maggie Bucci.
FAQ
Will my membership be honored at both locations?
Yes! Any membership or class packs purchased will be viable at both locations.
Why is there no infrared heat at this location?
At this time, the installation process is lengthy. The panels require extensive wiring and their own high-heat thermostat. Be assured the heat here is great!
What amenities are available?
Bathrooms, cubbies, merch and more! VV Up Island has bathrooms, designated cubbies for personal belongings, a merch boutique and a water area! Who's to say what else we'll add...
Is there parking?
Yes! There is an on-site parking lot but it can fill up quickly...we always encourage Yogi's to arrive early to ensure both a parking spot and a space in the studio.
Will the same policies apply here?
Yes. Enough said.
