Come as you are.
Truly. No performance, no perfect poses, no “I should be more flexible” stories.
Whether you’ve never done hot yoga before or you’ve been practicing for years, you’re in the right place. Locals, visitors, total newbies, and seasoned practitioners — we’re happy to have you.
What to Expect Your First Time
Our studio is heated with clean, far-infrared panels to 95–99°F. It’s a dry heat that feels more like warm sunlight than a steamy sauna — easier to breathe, deeper penetration, and surprisingly forgiving once you get used to it.
You know your body best. We’ll give you options, modifications, and plenty of permission to do less, rest more, or explore what feels good in the moment. All cues are suggestions. Child’s Pose is always available. There are no mirrors here — just windows, real bodies, and zero pressure to look a certain way.
A Few Practical Tips
• Hydrate the day before (your body will thank you)
• Bring a towel to cover your mat — things get sweaty
• Arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and acclimate to the heat
• Laugh at yourself. It’s encouraged.
Everyone has a first class. Some people fall in love with it immediately. Some take a few tries. Either way, we’re just glad you showed up.
We can’t wait to meet you on the mat.
Welcome home.

Please consult your doctor before beginning a new exercise regimen.
Loud music will be played in class that may contain explicit language.
