Hot vinyasa flow with one mission: build that booty like it owes you money. We are filling the trunk with junk here. We mean your badonk adonk.
We’re talking targeted glute activation, deep hip work disguised as yoga shapes, fire-building bridges that linger way past polite, and lunges that make your cheeks whisper “why me?”—all in our healing infrared heat that melts excuses faster than ice cream on asphalt in August.

This Sunday ritual starts with a core burner that doesn’t mess around—sharp, focused sequences that light up the midline, wake the deep stabilizers, and remind your abs they still have a job.

Then we taper.
The heat (95–99°F infrared, dry and forgiving) softens everything as we shift into longer, slower holds: deep hip openers, gentle backbends, supported forward folds, and extended savasana that feels like someone finally turned down the volume on your nervous system.

A la carte or the perfect cool-down after Strength, FULL RECOVERY is our warm not hot, yin-style practice designed to let you totally unwind.
Spread out on the mat in our gorgeous, light-filled space—no infrared, no rush, just you, gravity, and time.
Maggie guides you through long-held, passive shapes:
• deep hip openers that melt tightness you didn’t know you were carrying
• gentle twists that release the day’s compression
• quiet chest and shoulder openers
• folds and reclined poses that invite your nervous system to downshift
